The property welcomes guests with a bright living room featuring a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped induction kitchen complete with dishwasher, kettle, juicer, coffee machine, and toaster.
The living room opens onto a spacious porch with a table and chairs, offering a beautiful view of Lake Garda.
The apartment continues with the master bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe.
Completing the layout of the house is the bathroom with a shower, sanitary ware, and hairdryer. Guests have access to amenities such as air conditioning throughout the accommodation, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Externally, guests can enjoy a wonderful shared swimming pool, as well as public parking within the Residence. *The shared pool is open from June 1st to September 30th. *The residence pool is reachable by a short walk; there are some steps to move around the property (approximately 30 in total). *Crib and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of €35 per stay, per service. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, a tourist tax may be requested, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.

Not to be missed in Toscolano is the Paper Museum, located in the beautiful Valle delle Cartiere, offering an opportunity to combine a cultural visit with a nature excursion. The apartment is approximately 35 km from Desenzano train station and about 70 km from Verona airport.

We had a wonderful week, beautiful views and surrondings, and the house was comfortable and well laid out.Michaela was very warm and welcoming and gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit.As a family of four the stay was enjoyable with plenty to keep everyone entertained.

Schöne Anlage mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Gardasee!Großer Pool und Tennisplatz gehören dazu!Nur zum See ist es fußläufig recht weit! Aber dafür kann man nette Wanderungen in den Bergen machen.
