The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1975, renovated in 2000, and furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: a sunbathing lawn, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue facility, garden furniture, and courtyard.
