The holiday home, built in 2011, is modern and functionally furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. A small playground is located approximately 200m away.

There is another small holiday home on the property, which is visually separated by a hedge. 400 sqm are available for exclusive use. Access is via a side street (paved, length 50 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Wir hatten mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern eine sehr erholsame Zeit. Die Terrasse mit angeschlossener Küche war wunderbar und in der Küche haben wir alles gefunden, was man im alltag braucht. Sogar tupperdosen für einen langen strandtag waren da. Betten sind bequem, viel stauraum in beiden schlafzim...
