The detached mobile home is practically furnished. The property is located on a campsite. The residence is also popular because of the view from the property of the lake and its sunny location on the edge of the forest and by the water. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. The following are available for use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and jetty. The campsite has a large amphitheatre with a big screen for evening performances.

Tuoro Sul Trasimeno, 258 m above sea level. The mobile home is located on a campsite, on a 70,000 m² enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. Covering an area of 70,000 m², the campsite offers large pitches with lake view, mobile homes, tents, 2 pools for adults and children, a whirlpool, a large amphitheatre for guest entertainment, a big screen, international entertainment programme, fitness, mini club, playground, tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, five-a-side football, table tennis as well as excursions with canoes and dragon boats, free use of parasols and sun loungers directly by the lake, motorhome service, adventure park for children, communal barbecue areas as well as bars, mini market, snack bar, free Wi-Fi (100% coverage), free charging stations for e-bikes and paid ones for electric cars, and dogs stay free of charge. The campsite overlooks the lake with a long, wide reef with pontoons and floating platforms next to a free public beach, where kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, SUP, wakeboarding and water skiing are available on request and for a fee. The jetty for the islands is very close by. From the campsite, places of great artistic and cultural interest such as Assisi, Perugia, Rome, Florence and Siena are easy to reach. Not to forget Tuoro sul Trasimeno, the setting of the famous battle between the Romans and the Carthaginians in 217 BC, where today you can follow the various stages of the battle. From the campsite you can undertake numerous nature excursions by bike, on foot or on horseback, as well as wine and food tours with wine and oil tastings. The campsite is therefore the ideal place for all those who wish to spend a carefree and pleasant holiday in an atmosphere of warm friendship and exceptional hospitality. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. Parking is possible on the pitch next to the accommodation.
