Bright, cheerfully furnished 3-room apartment with sea view, located directly on the beach in Scharbeutz's pedestrian zone! The dune promenade with numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants is just a few steps away.
This beautiful three-room apartment is located on the second floor (elevator available) and offers a great view of the sea.
The living room is modernly furnished with a new corner sofa (2025), a dining area, flat-screen TV, and radio.
The balcony is equipped with a table and four new chairs with adjustable backrests. The small kitchen has a ceramic hob, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, as well as a coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle.
You will also find sufficient dishes and glasses. Following a thorough modernization, during which a completely new vinyl floor with a wood look was laid, all doors and frames were renewed, and not least, significantly more space was created by removing a wall in the hallway, this apartment now radiates a bright, friendly lightness. Free Wi-Fi access is available to our guests in this apartment! In the bedroom, a large double bed (2x90x200) creates a cozy sleeping atmosphere, and a large wardrobe accommodates your clothing. The second bedroom has two single beds with new bed bases and mattresses, and a dresser stores your clothes.
The bathroom is in new condition with a shower, toilet, and sink. Here you can spend a relaxing holiday in a very beautiful, feel-good apartment in a prime location directly by the sea! Pets upon request.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar Eine Verbesserung wäre ein richtiger fester Sonnenschirm. Sowie ein Ventilator und ein kleiner Fernseher im Schlafzimmer. Sonnst alles top.
