One bedroom flat inside a residential complex with swimming pool in Manerba del Garda.
The flat welcomes guests with the air-conditioned living room with lake view, equipped with modern sofa which can be converted into a comfortable double bed, dining table with chairs, kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, electric cooker, microwave, electric kettle, juicer, American coffee machine, moka and toaster. The living room overlooks the beautiful covered patio and garden equipped with dining table and chairs, from which there is a magnificent view of the lake.
The flat continues with the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.
A private parking space inside the Residence and Wi-Fi connection included.
The shared swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30 September and is accessible from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. Guests may be required to wear swimming caps.
*Guests will pick up the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.

The town of Manerba is nestled in the green hills of Valtenesi and in the hinterland the farms offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback riding experiences, local trattorias and beautiful golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and holiday villages, easily accessible by bus, and well connected to the main attractions. The settlement is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, which is a destination for pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.
The flat is about 20 minutes by car from the train station of Desenzano and about 40 minutes from the airport.
