Beautiful flat 100 metres from the wonderful beach of Guardamar del Segura, next to the promenade, one of the longest sandy beaches on the coast, 15 km of fine sandy beach. The interior of the flat is air conditioned, with a spacious living area including a sitting room, TV and open plan kitchen. The sliding window lets in plenty of natural light and opens onto a beautiful terrace overlooking the town and the promenade. This amazing flat in Guardamar is incredibly located in the centre of town, next to restaurants, cafes, natural parks and a promenade, it is ideal for families who want to spend a wonderful holiday by the sea.
