Located in Manerba del Garda, just 1.5 km from the beach, Gardaliva welcomes you to a comfortable house within a small residence featuring a communal swimming pool (open from early June to mid-September).
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with two sofas and a TV, opening onto a covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs, overlooking the private garden that surrounds the house.
The separate, fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing your meals as if you were at home.
Also on the ground floor are a guest toilet (without a shower) and the washing machine. Going upstairs to the first floor, the sleeping area offers three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
One of the bedrooms has direct access to the covered terrace.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, except for the bedroom with bunk beds. The property can accommodate up to 7 people (including small children).
