The house is located in an elegant residential complex of only 10 villas in Manerba, 400 m from the famous Romantica beach.

At the entrance we are greeted by the spacious, newly furnished kitchen equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. The style of the room has been taken care of down to the smallest detail and the brightness of the rooms guarantees living comfort.

In the living room 2 white sofas and the TV accompany us to the upper floor, which has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and the bathroom with shower. The common thread running through all the rooms is the contemporary and cosy style.

In the basement there is a double bedroom with adjoining bathroom with shower and direct access to the double private garage.

The swimming pool is set in a well-kept communal area while the villa has a private outdoor area with barbecue, sun loungers, table and chairs for eating outside.

On foot from the residence you can reach in 5 minutes the renowned "Romantica" beach with bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlour, boat and pedalo hire.

Manerba is an excellent starting point for a day out to the parks of Lake Garda: Gardaland, Movieland, Caneva water park.

Tourist tax 1 euro per person and day.

It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the electricity of the house.

The accommodation is for maximum 7 persons including babies. We never accept more than 7 persons.
