Barcelona's Coast Apartment, Terrace, 5 min Beach

This apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the beach, ideal for families with children as it has a beautiful park just 20 meters away. It is located in the coastal town of Vilassar de Mar, with a very quiet atmosphere.

The property is configured on a single floor where we find 2 rooms, 1 double with its respective bathroom and 1 room with bunk bed. It consists of a kitchen equipped with direct access to the private patio equipped with furniture to take the fresh. The dining room offers a space to relax with flat screen television. Heating throughout.

The privileged location, next to the beach, in the centre of the town of Vilassar de Mar, just 25 minutes from the centre of Barcelona, ensures easy access everywhere.The house is one of the good examples where part of the energy is generated with solar panels!

On request we can provide beach towels at 6 euros per unit for the entire stay.

Please note that for entrances and exits before 8:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m., we ask for a supplement of 20 €, from 22:00 to 24:00 de 50€,, which will be paid directly to our key holders.Thank you very much for your cooperation and understanding.

According to the decree 60/2017 of 13/2017 on the tax regulation on stays in tourist establishments must be charged:1 € per person per night (for a maximum of 7 nights)for stays in tourist apartments or houses in the outskirts of Catalonia. This tax must be charged to all persons over 16 years of age on arrival.
