This apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the beach, ideal for families with children as it has a beautiful park just 20 meters away. It is located in the coastal town of Vilassar de Mar, with a very quiet atmosphere.



The property renovated in 2024 is all on one floor where we find 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles with their respective bathrooms and 1 room with a bunk bed,nbsp;It consists of a kitchen equipped with direct access to the private patio equipped with furniture to take the fresh. The dining room offers a space to relax with flat screen television. Heating throughout.

The privileged location, next to the beach, in the centre of the town of Vilassar de Mar, just 25 minutes from the centre of Barcelona, ensures easy access everywhere.The house is one of the good examples where part of the energy is generated with solar panels!



On request we can provide beach towels at 6 euros per unit for the entire stay.





Please note that for check-ins before 8:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m. to 22:00p.m , we ask for an additional charge of €40, which is paid directly to our key holders, after 22:00p.m. to consult.
