There is a nice large deck and grill on it. 72 inch screen tv in the livingroom. There is also a tv in the Queen bed room. They both use Chromecast so you can cast what you are seeing/watching on your computer/laptop to the tv such as youtube, netflix, or disneyplus or just your computer screen.
Full bath with two sinks on both the main level of the house and also one on the second floor. The beds have vinyl coverings to keep them clean so you can eat/drink in your rooms if you want to. The vinyl coverings are the kind that have a fabric like feel to them so you don't get that plasticky feel through the sheets.

This is a two story Victorian style home located just 5 or 6 houses from the edge of Fountain Lake. It is around the corner from the Mayo clinic in Albert Lea. Many of our tenants have been Mayo Clinic patients or professionals who work at the Mayo Clinic.
