Die Nähe zu Strand.
Unsauber, extrem enges Bad eine adipöse Person kann die Tür nicht schließen. Die Matratzen verrutschen. Das Sofa am L teil sackt ab. Die Läufer sind gefährlich rutschig. Das Laminat hinter dem Schreibtisch hebt sich an.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, man hat alles was benötigt wird! Die Lage ist super , Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, der Park für unseren Hund direkt gegenüber! Für 2 Personen mit kleinem Hund vollkommen ausreichend.
Außenbeleuchtung funktionierte an manchen Stellen nicht , gerade an der Treppe! Müsste erneuert werden! Ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln.

Die Wohnung hat einen unangenehmen Geruch. (Wie nach einem Wasserschaden)
Die WC Büste müsste man austauschen, sehr alt. Wasser im Waschbecken läuft nicht richtig ab. Der Lüfter sollte mal gereinigt werden(iFilter ist voller Dreck)
