Warming sunbaths on the terrace and cosy reading hours in your own beach chair - our holiday flat in the "Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg" is the perfect feel-good oasis for your holiday on Rügen. For relaxing days with the family or time out with friends!

The flat on the ground floor has a living space of 46 m² and is ideal for two to four people. It has a bright living room with dining area and open-plan kitchen, a separate bedroom and a white-tiled bathroom with shower and window. Stylish furnishings in harmonious colours give the flat a friendly atmosphere.

In the comfortably furnished living room, you can relax in the sofa area with TV and radio. Or enjoy hours of sunshine on the south-facing terrace! A garden seating area and a private beach chair invite you to relax and unwind. For our younger guests, there is a small playground with beach sand just around the corner.

You can easily prepare your holiday breakfast, small snacks or delicious meals in the open-plan kitchen with 2-plate ceramic hob and microwave. Small appliances such as a kettle, coffee machine, toaster and egg cooker complete the equipment. So you can easily cater for yourself during your holiday.

The separate bedroom of the holiday flat in Binz is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. A sofa bed in the living room can be used as an extra bed for two more people.

A free car parking space at the house and free WiFi provide additional living comfort. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the complex for a fee. Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the holiday flat.

If you are a larger group, the situation on site is ideal for this. You can also book other flats in the house and thus have the opportunity to all live close together. The flat is located in house 7 of the residential park.
