On the ground floor of the apartment, there is a small TV room with a sofa, as well as the living kitchen with a kitchenette and access to the terrace.
The dining area in front of the window front offers ample space for 4 people.
Daylight bathroom with shower/toilet.
In the basement, there are two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed.
Additionally, in a sleeping niche in the hallway, there is a junior bed (140*70cm) that can be used if needed.
There are 3 other holiday apartments in the Dünensand house.
The beach access to the Surfcafé and Riffkieker is just a stone's throw away.

Die Betreuung durch den Service war gut. Wir sind früh angereist und konnten die Wohnung direkt beziehen.
In der Beschreibung der Wohnung wird nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass sich die Schlafräume im Souterrain befinden. Die Höhe zur Decke im Treppenabgang ist relativ niedrig. Wir hatten damit nur am Anfang ein Problem, aber für große Personen ist es eigentlich nicht geeignet.

Bad viel zu klein.
Wohnzimmer nicht integriert in die WG, extra Raum. Aussenanlage sehr dreckig.
Wir würden sie nicht mehr mieten.
Schade, wir waren enttäuscht.

Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage und eine sehr gute Ausstattung allerdings ist das ^^ Wohnzimmer ^^ selbst für 2 Personen schon zu klein.
