2 levels with 55 m² living space ! PET: only 1 dog allowed !
Access via staircase to the attic. Hallway with wardrobe. Separate entrance into: Living room with seating area, dining area and exit to balcony with furniture. Open kitchen with built-in cooker (4 hotplates, oven), dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, small pantry. Double bedroom. Shower/WC. Narrow and steep spiral staircase to the attic: mezzanine. Double bedroom. NON-SMOKING PROPERTY !!!
NORDEN near NORDDEICH (4 km away) on the WATTENMEER:
This part of the house with 2 flats is situated in a sunny location on the outskirts of the village. To the centre of Norden with supermarket and restaurants 1,2 km. To Norddeich with beach (Wadden Sea), fun adventure pool Ocean Wave and ferry connection to the island of Norderney 4 km.
1 reserved parking space for the flat is located directly at the house. The spacious flat LANGE is brightly furnished and functionally equipped for holidays. Tiled floors on the lower floor; carpeted in the attic. Sat-TV and internet (WLAN, free of charge). Gas central heating.
The town of Norden and the directly adjacent well-known North Sea resort of Norddeich are located in north-western East Frisia, directly in the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park.
The pretty little town of Norden (incidentally, it is the oldest town in East Frisia) has a small but attractive pedestrian zone, a very nice market square with a weekly market, a tea museum, a small outdoor pool and many cafés, tea rooms, (fish) restaurants, pubs and beer bars.
Great holiday and leisure facilities in neighbouring Norddeich: daily ferry from there to the island of Norderney with its beautiful sandy beaches). In the village: small sandy beach on the Wadden Sea with beach chair hire, dog beach, windsurfing, yacht/fishing harbour with fresh fish sales, large fun pool (Ocean Wave) with seawater pool (including wave pool), outdoor pool, water slide, sauna area worth seeing, solariums, bowling. Also in the village: tennis courts, indoor playground, mini golf, horse riding, seal station, bike hire, mudflat walks.
Good starting point for numerous excursions (also by bike, as there is a very good network of cycle paths), including along the dykes to the pretty fishing villages of Neßmersiel, Dornumersiel, Bensersiel or Greetsiel), to the interesting towns of Aurich (25 km), Emden (30 km) or to Papenburg for a visit to the world-famous Meyer shipyard (construction of large cruise ships with a tour).
The access to the attic is via a narrow and steep spiral staircase (space-saving staircase) and is only conditionally suitable for older people !

Wohnung ist genauso wie angegeben. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden.
Für meine Hündin Emma und mich war der Urlaub dort sehr toll und entspannend.
Auch die Vermittler, welche direkt gegenüber wohnen,waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Parkplatz ist nicht gut markiert, da es 4 sein sollen, man aber wenn man davor steht, von dreien ausgeht. Der Nachbar von unten hatte freundlicherweise darauf hingewiesen.
Wie schon in dem vorherigen Kommentaren erwähnt,ist die Treppe in der Wohnung zu den oberen Schlafräumen mehr als steil und die stufen sind sehr schmal. Für Kleinkinder und ältere Leute daher nicht geeignet.
