- living room (TV SAT MULTI LANGUAGES) with quality sofa bed (possibility of sleeping 140x190cm),
- shower room with wc.
This gîte is tastefully decorated in the "Seaside" style.
From the living room you have a view of the garden with a sheltered balcony and armchair.
On the first floor:
- landing with storage space,
- 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 140x190cm).
- 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 160x190cm OR 2 twin beds according to your request.
Exterior :
Garden to be shared with other tenants, swing, football pitch, table tennis table--- enclosed car park with possibility of parking a trailer (boat or other).
Non-smoking gîte with sheltered balcony overlooking garden (possible on sheltered balcony). Ideally situated for visiting Normandy, 1.2km from the small village of Yport and its beach, this first-floor accommodation will win you over with its quality and comfort.
The Fond-Pitron gîtes consist of 2 adjoining gîtes (G1504 and G1406) with a shared landscaped garden. The town of Fécamp and the Bénédictine are 4 km away. The village of Etretat and its world-famous cliffs are 12 km away (visit the cliffs by Zodiac from Fécamp to Etretat). Visit the heights of Etretat on electric scooters with a guide. There is a multitude of things to do and see in the area and we can advise you if you wish. From 1 week's rental, free access to the ST-Léonard municipal tennis court.
Vast private car park at your disposal, possibility of parking a trailer for boat.
A green way (old railway) for hikers and cyclists is located at 1,2 km of the lodging.
