The gite comprises:
- a living room with dining area and office area for your business trips,
- a very comfortable sofa bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi system,
- an open-plan kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave and washing machine,
- a bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed),
- a shower room with hydromassage shower and wc.
Storage cupboard in the entrance hall. Double view over the inner courtyard and the pedestrian street.
ALL CHARGES INCLUDED (heating at an average of 8kWh/day based on meter reading on arrival/departure, bed linen, household linen, cleaning). Tourist tax. Wifi connection. Situated in a pedestrian street in the historic centre of Rouen, a few steps from the Cathedral, the Joan of Arc Memorial and the antique dealers, this flat with exposed beams and half-timbering is very bright and tastefully decorated, and is located on the 1st floor of a private mansion. Free access to the enclosed garden shared by the residence. Town hall car park 2 minutes' walk from the gîte: €45 per week or €13 per day.
