Superb view of the Lübeck Bay from the 8th floor! This newly renovated (2022) apartment, furnished with great taste by the owner, boasts more than just an excellent Baltic Sea view!

The living/sleeping area has been given a completely new look with two single beds in wardrobe units and a new dining table with a granite top and four high-quality chairs. The bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.40 m wide and a wardrobe.
A practical sliding door is new here! The open-plan fitted kitchen with soft-close doors and pull-out drawers is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a 4-star freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a stove with oven and ceramic hob, a range hood, a coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler, and kettle, as well as plenty of dishes, cutlery, and pots. The living room has a cozy seating area with a recliner, a 48-inch television, and a radio with a CD player.
Free internet access is available to guests! Furthermore, there is a shower room/WC with a vanity unit, a new mirrored cabinet, and a hairdryer, as well as a southwest-facing balcony with a table and four high-backed aluminum chairs, including cushions and a parasol.

Schlüsselüber- und Abgabe in 25 Autominuten Entfernung, Orientierung zum Auffinden der Wohnung im Gebäude und des Stellplatzes auf dem Gelände sehr aufwendig

Die Lage ist schön und die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Alles ist vorhanden und wir haben nichts vermisst.
Wir konnten den zugewiesenen Tiefgaragenstellplatz nicht nutzen, da wir umständehalber mit dem Womo - kleiner Kastenwagen - anreisen mussten. Wir haben das vorher kommuniziert und keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Da hätten wir mehr Flexibilität und einen der vielen nicht belegten Außenstellplätze als Ausweichmöglichkeit erwartet.
