The vacation apartment "Felipe 2-1" is located in the village of Cala Dor on Spain's island of Majorca and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 30 m² apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
The apartment also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and an air conditioning unit in the living room. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, an open terrace, and an outdoor shower. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 177m.
Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 152m.
Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 248m.
Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 197m.
Walking/driving distance to beach: 600m Cala Esmeralda.
Distance to the airport: 57.1km Palma de Mallorca Airport. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available in the bedrooms. Bed sheets and towels are included in the price per night.
Guests can request a free replacement of bedsheets and towels after the 7th night of stay. There is one baby cot and high chair available only under request. Only the guests that appear in the original booking will be admitted in the apartment.
In case of other external guests coming into the apartment all guests will be asked to immediately leave the property. Ecotax not included in the price.

The Appartement is clean spacious and located in the center so everything is within walking distance which is handy. Even better then we have expected!

The location is close to amenities.
The water in the bathroom was just a trickle. The lights in the master bedroom flickered. The Wi-Fi did not work. The people staying in the other rooms around us were younger and had many people staying in their rooms and were up all night moving around - you could hear voices and furniture sliding ...
