The bright and modern guest apartment is located in its own section of the lovingly renovated, over 100-year-old rural workers' house (Deputathaus), where the Schröder family closely combines living and working (practice for speech therapy Florian Schröder).
For example, intensive speech therapy treatments are also possible during a family holiday in the beautiful Gerdau Valley.
In the comfortably and cosily furnished apartment, you have space to feel good and relax! Two levels with around 65sqm are available.
Up to 5 people can be comfortably accommodated.
On the ground floor, next to the kitchen and living room, there is a bedroom with 2 beds.
On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds) and the bathroom with shower/toilet.
A beautiful terrace is available for your use in front of the house.
Due to its location near the B71/K34 and its good connections to the town and district of Uelzen, the accommodation is also particularly suitable for craftsmen and fitters.
