On the eastern side, the Côte Sauvage, the wild coast with its rocky cliffs and foaming surf, impresses, on the western side, peacefully embedded, colorful harbors and hidden sandy bays beckon. The peninsula is a popular holiday destination. One attraction is the tourist train, the Tire-Bouchon, which runs from Plouharnel not far from the holiday home to the tip of the peninsula. The nearby seaside resort of Carnac is known for its impressive menhirs and dolmens.
