It is a house with ground floor and first floor. The first floor is rented, with 170 m2 of surface, in front of the sea, in a very quiet area. It is fifteen minutes walking to Tarragona city centre and bus stop at 1 minute. It shares swimming pool of 105 m2 and garden of 2.800 m2 with other two houses of the same characteristics. It has a picnic area of exclusive use at the foot of the swimming pool, with its big barbecue. Inside the house there is a large kitchen-dining room, a reading room with television and a large living room with mini bar and television, all with views of the sea, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a full bathroom, with the possibility of a second full bathroom. It is ideal for those who are looking for rest and tranquillity. Within the enclosure there are two more houses with the same characteristics as this one. They share the swimming pool and the garden of almost 3.000 m2. In this garden area you can walk and sunbathe. There is an area reserved for your use, at the foot of the pool, where there is a barbecue and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is also a space reserved for sun loungers in summer for sunbathing.
The house is equipped with all the necessary utensils to make it cosy, spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet.
Outside the enclosure, the street, which is a promenade, has a bicycle lane that links the two beaches on either side (Rebassada beach and Milagro beach) and goes all the way to the seaport. It is 4 kilometres long and there are two children's playgrounds. If you like walking, you can go from the house to the Rebbassada beach, along the coast, to the long beach and the Mora beach. For those who like architecture, the amphitheatre and the Roman circus are only 1 kilometre away, and in the old part of the city, the Cathedral and its medieval surroundings are only a 5 minute walk away.For shopping, 1 kilometre from the house is the city centre, with its shops and on the other side of the city the shopping centres such as Park Central or El Corte Inglés.
It is a very spacious house with two rooms to rest or read or watch TV. One room is often used for children, who have reading books in different languages and the other room for adults where they have the bar.
