Detached 42 m² Perigordian gîte de France house below the owners' house. On the ground floor, you will find a shower room (walk-in shower, washing machine, towels provided, hairdryer). Separate WC. Go down 2 steps to access the living area with kitchenette (dishwasher, induction hob/oven, fridge and microwave), dining area, sitting area with 2 armchairs and TV. Wifi internet access. On the 1st floor, you will find a bedroom with 2 80x200 beds that can be joined together to create a 160x200 bed, or separated as required (bed linen provided). In fine weather, an outdoor jacuzzi is available for guaranteed relaxation (off-season: on request, depending on the weather).
The gîte is ideal for 2 people; however, it is not recommended for a baby who walks, as the gîte has several levels (steps).

Located in a green setting conducive to peace and relaxation, between the Vézère and Dordogne rivers, in the Vallée de l'Homme, in the commune of Le Bugue, 30 minutes from Sarlat. The location is perfect for cultural or outdoor holidays, such as visits to châteaux (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes...), walks through the villages, 10 of which are listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages in France" (La Roque Gageac, Castelnaud, Limeuil...), gabarre and canoe trips on the Dordogne and Vézère rivers, visits to gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac...)... Les Eyzies de Tayac, the capital of prehistory, is 9 km away, and there are numerous hiking trails...
You can enjoy 2 terraces, one on the ground floor and the other in the living room, as well as a barbecue. You will have access to 4000m² of enclosed private grounds (wire fencing, hedges and wooden fencing), with a large gate to bring your car inside and a small entrance gate near the house.
