Périgourdine house, Gîte de France, independent, approximately 42 m², located below the owners' home.
On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washing machine, towels provided, and hairdryer.
Separate WC.
Descend 2 steps to access the living area with a kitchenette (dishwasher, induction hob/oven, refrigerator, and microwave), a dining area, and a lounge area with 2 armchairs and a TV.
Wifi.
On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200 cm) that can be pushed together to form a double bed (160x200 cm) or kept separate as needed (bed linen provided).
During the warmer months, an outdoor jacuzzi is available for guaranteed relaxation (off-season: available upon request depending on the weather). The gîte is ideal for 2 people; however, it is not recommended for a walking baby as it has several levels (steps). Sheets, towels, electricity, and heating are included.
End-of-stay cleaning is €50. Located in a green setting conducive to peace and relaxation, between the Vézère and Dordogne rivers, in the Vézère Valley, in the commune of Le Bugue, 30 minutes from Sarlat.
Its location is perfectly suited for cultural or outdoor holidays such as visits to castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes...), walks through charming villages, 10 of which are classified among the "most beautiful villages in France" (La Roque Gageac, Castelnaud, Limeuil...), boat trips and canoeing on the Dordogne and Vézère rivers, garden visits (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac...).
Les Eyzies de Tayac, the capital of prehistory, is 9 km away, with numerous hiking trails. You can enjoy 2 terraces, one on the ground floor and the other at the lounge level, and a barbecue.
You will have a private enclosed garden of 4000m² (wire mesh, hedge, and wooden fence), with a large gate for car access and a small entrance gate near the house. Come and recharge your batteries as a couple at the Petite Maison, located in the heart of the Vézère Valley! Ein sehr schönes Haus um sich zu erholen und um das Perigord zu erkunden. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit aber auch diskret!Die selbstgemachte Konfitüre zur Begrüßung.....hervorragend! :)Ich kann dieses kleine Haus sehr empfehlen!

L accueil à été très sympathique, le séjour charmant et tout confort dans la petite maison très bien équipée. La semaine est passée bien trop vite. Merci aux propriétaires pour leurs conseils concernant les beaux lieux à visiter en Dordogne.

Bonne situation au calme et relativement proche du village et des commerces.Près des sites de la Dordogne et de ces beau villages, cela nous à permis de très belles balades vélos . Bien adapté pour un couple, ce petit gîte a parfaitement répondu à nos attente. Merci au propriétaires pour leur attention à notre égard.
