Villa Pascol is an ancient country house, over 250 years old, that has been recently renovated.
Its owners have managed to preserve many of its most traditional features, giving the property a unique character and charm.
The traditional and rustic ambiance, combined with some more modern accessories, make Villa Pascol an ideal place to enjoy a most relaxing holiday. The house consists of two floors.
On the ground floor, you will find the living room, very cozy due to its partially stone-clad walls, wooden ceiling beams, and terracotta tiled floor.
Also located here are the dining room (which has direct access to the back terrace), the kitchen (equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, and dishwasher), and a toilet with a shower. On the upper floor is the sleeping area.
There are 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 with two beds) that share a full bathroom. Outside, besides a truly charming setting, is the swimming pool, which is accessed by climbing a few small steps due to the elevation of the terrain.

Perfect house for our family - grandparents, parents and children. We each of us loved the vistas around, the facilities inside and out and the proximity to town for restaurants and shops. It’s rare for me to ever give 5 stars to anything but I’ve marked this property and arrangement with that consistently.

Es ist ein schön renoviertes altes Haus mit guter und geschmackvoller Ausstattung. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut für Wanderungen geeignet. Auch der Service (Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Reinigung) erfolgte regelmäßig und gut.
Der in der Nähe wohnende Ansprechpartner Santiago war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienparadies.
