Cosy chalet flair with wood panelling in almost all rooms. Oil central heating. Large covered balcony with seating. Heated ski/boot room. Separate flat on the ground floor.

1st floor: cosy living room (45 sqm) with sitting area, satellite TV, large dining table, modern fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), balcony. Double room. Bathroom: shower, bath. Separate WC. From the living room stairs to the

2nd floor (slight inclines): Two double bedrooms with bath, balcony. Two 3-bedded rooms with franz. Bed, single bed, bathroom.
