Access to the nearest supermarkets, leisure and sports facilities is just around the corner. The Space: The luxurious cottage has fantastic kitchen facilities, a spacious living room to relax and a separate reception room ideal for kids, including smart TV. A lovely private patio is equipped with a private hot tub, a BBQ and seating area. The dining/living room has a sofa, while the reception room has a sofa-bed and can be used as an extra bedroom.
We do not provide cooking oil. The cottage is perfect for couples, families (with kids and/or pets), and contractors. You can park at the open area beside the pub. (Kings Arm Car Park) Guest Access: Guests have access to the full cottage 24/7. Interaction with Guests: The hosts live in the same village and are always available when needed. The Neighborhood: The next door Kings Arms pub (temporary closed) and a well known fish and chip shop are situated in close vicinity of the cottage, together with several restaurants, takeaways and shops (all within a 5-10 minute walk). Fishing is popular on the local beach, with a good selection of different species being caught all year round. Views of the Caister Life Boat Station and a partial sea view can be seen from the front bedroom window. The moated Caister Castle and the Beautiful Norfolk Broads National Park are just a very short drive away, giving you the opportunity to explore the Broads and maybe do some fishing aboard your very own Broads cruiser which you can hire for a day from one of the many local boatyards. The Cathedral City of Norwich is situated within a 30 minute drive.
With its Castle, many Historical attractions and endless shops restaurants and entertainment, you are sure to find something for everyone. The Seaside resort of Great Yarmouth is just 3 miles away with good public transport links (buses every 10 minutes). If you enjoy the flashing lights of the arcades on the seafront, enjoy a few white knuckle rides or are looking for some night-life then its well worth a visit.
It also hosts a Shopping Centre, Racecourse, Golf course and Dog/Banger racing Stadium. If you want a quiet retreat or enjoy a busy schedule then this is the ideal place for you to relax or explore the surrounding area. Yarmouth and Caister Golf Club 0.5 mile Great Yarmouth Britannia Pier 3 miles Sea Life Great Yarmouth 4 miles Burgh Castle 7 miles Other Things to Note: The hot tub is suitable for up to 4 persons.
The optional costs for the use of the hot tub of £25 per night are not included in the reservation (capped at £100 per stay). Please note that it could take up to 20 hours before the hot tub reaches its final temperature.
So it may be the case that the hot tub can't be used the first night. If required we offer the option to provide an extra foldable bed. The costs are £17 per night. Early check-in and/or early check-out can be arranged for an additional fee of £25 (subject to availability). To give you peace of mind and maintain our high standards, we offer two options to cover you against small unintentional damage at this property. We offer the option to add a Damage Waiver for just £30 per stay that covers up to £300 in accidental damages during your stay.
Alternatively, you may choose to pay a refundable Safety Deposit of £300. The hold on your payment method will be released within 7 working days after your check-out subject to no damages. In case you travel with pets, please note that there is a pet fee applicable of £50 per pet per stay.
