This newly built house has two floors and is situated in a quiet area on a very large plot with wonderful views from the first floor to the swimming pool with garden and the Mediterranean Sea in Cala Figuera.
The two bedrooms are high-quality furnished and each has a bathroom with a shower and a private balcony.
The modern designer kitchen offers everything: the latest generation of appliances, very nice crockery and cutlery, etc.
The living-dining room is also high-quality furnished and has a fireplace for relaxing afternoons in autumn and winter.
Both areas have direct access to the pool area; the terrace is fully furnished and the barbecue is located next to a typical old stone house.
The entire house has underfloor heating.
Finca Buena Vida has been operated with renewable energy from a photovoltaic system that generates its own electricity consumption since November 2020.
Energy that is not consumed is fed into the energy grid.
Approximately 8.3 tons of CO 2 are avoided each year.
Three cats have been part of our finca for several years.
They are accustomed to being outside day and night.
We are very grateful to our guests for feeding them daily! Sufficient cat food is available.
The animals receive regular veterinary treatment and are vaccinated and dewormed.
The final cleaning costs €240 and is charged separately, as is the mandatory tourist tax.
A refundable deposit is required for this property.

Die verschiedenen Anregungen, welche wir bei unserem letzten Besuch deponiert hatten, wurden praktisch vollständig umgesetzt Kompliment.
Und die Betreuung durch Alquileres Drac (Dagmar Belbova) war perfekt....wie immer.

Tolle Lage und angenehm ruhig, zum Entspannen genau das Richtige. Großer Vorteil der Lage ist, dass man super zu Fuß nach Cala Figuera gehen kann und auch zum Strand S‘Amarador braucht es nicht unbedingt das Auto.
