This newly built house has two floors and is situated in a quiet location on a very large plot with wonderful views from the first floor over the pool with garden and the Mediterranean Sea in Cala Figuera.

The two bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and each have a bathroom with shower and a private balcony. The modern designer kitchen offers everything: state of the art appliances, beautiful crockery and cutlery, etc. The living/dining room is also furnished to a high standard and has a fireplace for relaxing evenings in autumn and winter. Both areas have direct access to the pool area, the terrace is fully furnished and the barbecue is situated next to a typical old stone house. The whole house has underfloor heating.

Finca Buena Vida has been operated with renewable energies from a photovoltaic system that generates its own electricity consumption since November 2020.

The energy that is not consumed is fed into the power grid.

Every year about 8,3 tons of CO 2 are avoided.



Three cats have been part of our finca for several years. They are used to being outside day and night. We are very grateful to our guests for the daily feeding! Sufficient cat food is available. The animals receive regular veterinary treatment and are vaccinated and wormed.




The final cleaning costs 240 € and is charged separately, as is the obligatory tourist tax.
