This newly built house has two floors and is located in a quiet area on a very large plot of land with wonderful views from the first floor of the pool with garden and the Mediterranean Sea in Cala Figuera.
The two bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and each has a bathroom with a shower and a private balcony.
The modern designer kitchen offers everything: the latest generation appliances, very nice crockery and cutlery, etc. The living-dining room is also furnished to a high standard and has a fireplace for relaxed afternoons in autumn and winter.
Both areas have direct access to the pool area, the terrace is fully furnished, and the barbecue is located next to a typical old stone house.
The entire house has underfloor heating. Finca Buena Vida has been operated with renewable energy from a photovoltaic system that generates its own electricity consumption since November 2020. The energy that is not consumed is fed into the power grid. Each year, approximately 8.3 tons of CO2 are avoided. Three cats have been part of our finca for several years.
They are accustomed to being outdoors day and night.
We are very grateful to our guests for the daily feeding! Sufficient cat food is available.
The animals receive regular veterinary treatment and are vaccinated and dewormed. The final cleaning costs €240 and is charged separately, as is the mandatory tourist tax. A refundable deposit is required for this property.

Die verschiedenen Anregungen, welche wir bei unserem letzten Besuch deponiert hatten, wurden praktisch vollständig umgesetzt Kompliment.
Und die Betreuung durch Alquileres Drac (Dagmar Belbova) war perfekt....wie immer.

Tolle Lage und angenehm ruhig, zum Entspannen genau das Richtige. Großer Vorteil der Lage ist, dass man super zu Fuß nach Cala Figuera gehen kann und auch zum Strand S‘Amarador braucht es nicht unbedingt das Auto.
