Charming fisherman's house in a fantastic location right on the water in the harbor of Cala Figuera.
The bright and cozy house is modern and comfortable and offers a great view of the harbor.
The two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a double sink are on the upper floor.
The front bedroom has a balcony with a water view.
On the intermediate floor, you will find the fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a counter and stools, another bathroom with a shower, and the very attractive living-dining area with access to the cozy covered terrace with a wonderful view of the water and the boats.
In the basement are the boat garage and the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
Air conditioning is available throughout the house.
The house also has internet and satellite TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a De Longhi coffee machine, dishwasher, induction hob, and electric oven.
Cala Figuera is a coastal village in the southeast of Mallorca with a picturesque fishing harbor in a beautiful bay with pine-clad cliffs and crystal-clear water.
Cala Santanyí with its fine white sandy beach is about a 5-minute drive away.
The beautiful town of Santanyí is only 5 km away.

Also worth visiting is the Santuari de Sant Salvador monastery in Felanitx, enthroned on a 509m high mountain with a fantastic panoramic view of the island, or perhaps the busy Sunday market in Felanitx.
Mondragó Natural Park is nearby and offers access to the two beaches of Cala Mondragó and S’Amarador.

Fantastic
Gemütliches Ferienhäuschen mit wunderschönem Ausblick, den wir so genossen haben. Frühstück, kleine Mittagspause oder Abendessen auf dem Balkon sind ein Traum. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und der Kontakt zu Drsc Mallirca hat hervorragend geklappt! Vielen Dank für alles!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Wir konnten auch Ende Oktober noch jeden Morgen den Kaffee auf der Terrasse trinken. Die Gegend lässt sich direkt von Cala Figuera aus auch zu Fuss sehr gut erkunden. Man kann an der Küste entlanglaufen, die Aussicht genießen oder in eines der sehr guten Restaurants einkehren. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
