Finca Melanie is located in a quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac, on a fully fenced 15,000m2 plot with romantic wild flora.
An automatic gate leads to the gravel driveway and a large forecourt with ample space for several cars.
A wide staircase leads up to the main entrance.
The spacious entrance area, with access to a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the left, stairs to the basement, and a guest toilet on the right, opens into the large living room with a dining area and, next to it, the fully equipped kitchen with a separate pantry.
The downstairs bedroom has a large double bed and a separate single bed.
The living room is furnished with a leather sofa, 2 armchairs, and a reclining armchair with a footrest, as well as satellite TV and a corner stove.
Adjacent is the wooden dining table with 8 chairs.
The kitchen, in addition to numerous small appliances such as a toaster, microwave, coffee makers, etc., also features a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, extractor fan, and a large fridge-freezer.
Two more double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, are located in the spacious basement.
There is also another living area with satellite TV.
From here, you can also access the utility room.
All bedrooms and bathrooms have mosquito nets, allowing for peaceful sleep even with open windows.
The rooms are also equipped with ceiling fans.
The downstairs living room has access to the cozy covered terrace, furnished with a dining table and 8 chairs, and a mosaic-topped round table with 6 additional chairs.
Here, you can enjoy not only meals but also the view of the pool and garden.
The pool area is surrounded by terraces with plenty of space for sun loungers and parasols.
At the end of the pool, there is a small house with a shower and toilet, a sink, and a barbecue.
The house is looked after by a black cat named Blacky, born in June 2017.
He spends his time on the property and has a cat house nearby.
He receives regular veterinary care and is vaccinated and dewormed.
The fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyí is less than 2 km from the house, and the village of Santanyí, about 2.5 km away, offers numerous shops, ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars, and the popular weekly market every Wednesday and Saturday.
The nearest supermarket is about a 5-minute drive away.
A visit to the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera, with several restaurants along the promenade, is a must.
Also worth visiting is the Santuari de Sant Salvador monastery in Felanitx, perched on a 509m high mountain, offering fantastic panoramic views of the island.
Mondragó Natural Park is nearby and provides access to two beaches, Cala Mondragó and S'Amarador.
The very long white sandy beach, Es Trenc, between Colónia de Sant Jordi and Sa Ràpita, is also easily accessible, as is Cala d'Or in the opposite direction with its Ibizan-style white houses and many entertainment options.
The final cleaning fee is €240 and is charged separately, as is the mandatory tourist tax.

Auf der Finca haben wir tolle und erholsame Tage verbracht. Ein sehr gepflegtes Objekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur unser Sohn hätte sich unten im Schlafzimmer besseres wlan gewünscht. Wir fanden das recht praktisch, da er mehr Zeit mit der Familie verbracht hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Die Finca liegt wie beschrieben sehr abgeschieden und ruhig und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man gebraucht, wobei der Übergang zum Privateigentum fließend ist. Schön wäre eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern und ein Getränk (Wasser) bei der Anreise.
Die Einsätze der Spülmaschine sind stark angerostet und gehören erneuert. In der Beschreibung ist von einem schwarzen Kater die Rede. Tatsächlich wurden bis zu 4 Katzen (2 Scharze, 1 Graue und 1 Braune) gesichtet wobei 2 (Graue und Schwarze) ihr Territorium am Pool und Terrasse sehen und ständig anw...
