These two individual houses, built in a very traditional style, are located on a plot of land close to the village of Santanyí. An iron gate gives access to the plot. To the right is the main house and to the left is the outbuilding. In the main house there is a living-dining room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine, a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower en suite. In the outbuilding there are two double bedrooms with two single beds and also a bathroom with shower en suite each. All the windows in the bedrooms have mosquito nets so that you can sleep peacefully even with the windows open.



The living-dining room is equipped with Sat-TV, stereo and internet and has an exit to the nice porch with a table and 6 chairs. There you can not only enjoy your meals in the open air but also the view of the pool and the garden. The barbecue is in front of the veranda. The pool is surrounded by a sunbathing area for sun loungers and there is a lawn behind the pool. There is also an outdoor shower. You can park your car on the esplanade in front of the gate or behind it.



We have recently equipped the bedrooms of Son Sec with air conditioning. Reservations made from 06.02.2024 onwards have the use of the air conditioning included in the price. All bookings made before this date have the option to use the air conditioning at an additional cost.



The fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyí is only 2 km from the house and the village Santanyí is only 1,5 km away. There are two large supermarkets, numerous shops, as well as ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars and every Wednesday and Saturday the popular weekly market. In only 5 minutes by car you reach the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera. Also worth a visit is Cala d'Or with its white houses in Ibicencan style and the many entertainment opportunities. Absolutely recommendable is also the dreamlike white sandy beach Es Trenc, also easily accessible by car or perhaps a visit to the "Cuevas Drach" in Porto Cristo.

It is allowed to bring one dog up to a maximum of 10 kg. No more than one dog is allowed. Potentially dangerous dogs are not allowed. If you want to bring a dog, you must inform us at the time of booking.
