The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 people and it is distributed with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is a suite with a master bed, and the second one has two individual beds. The suite bathroom has a bath/shower, and the second one also has a bath/shower and the access is from the bedroom's corridor.
The dinning room has a sofa, arm chair, fire place and TV. There is also an area with a table and chairs to eat. The kitchen is independent from the living room but it has a big window through the living room with a counter. The kitchen is totally equipped with a fridge, DolceGusto coffee machine, dishwasher, cooking tools, toaster and washing machine. We offer dishes and dishwasher soap. There is free Wi-Fi!
There is a huge comunity garden perfect to play with your children or friends. And if it has snowed, you can do a snowman! There are also two balconies with a table and chairs to eat when there is good weather.

The apartment has a covered private parking with a capcity of a big car, bicycles and skiing material, or two small cars. There is also free parking in the street. The supermarket is at the same town. The highlighted services of the town are the following ones
- Supermarket: Caprabo- Fruit shop: La Bona Fruita- Butcher shop: Carnisseria Productes Selectes Fossas- Bars: El Bodeguín- Restaurants: Suca-Mulla- Creperie: Creperia Minus- Bakery: Tajà Pa- News paper and fire wood selling: Estanc RocaCerdanya is a valley with a lot of activities the whole year, sportive activities or relaxed. There are two ski station just 10 minutes from the apartment, and Andorra 40 minuts away. Come to discover Puigcerdà lake and walk around Alp, a calm and beatiful town with delicious restaurants! In Aixida and Minus creperie you should book a table before going there, you are going to find the telephones at the property.
