Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung ist ausgestattet mit:

- ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett 180x200 + Klappmatratze 75x195x15cm
- ein Badezimmer mit Whirlpoolbadewanne, bodenebener Dusche und WC
- eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln
- ein Hotelsafe im Schrank

Ein eigener Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage (Durchfahrtshöhe 2,20m) steht zur Verfügung, sowie ein Fahrradabstellraum und ein Skikeller.

Haustiere sind in dieser Ferienwohnung leider nicht erlaubt.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sich bei dieser Wohnung um eine Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung handelt!

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ganz in der Nähe im Ortsteil Bärental (nur ca. 8 Autominuten entfernt).

Die beiden Bergseen Titisee und Schluchsee befinden sich ganz in der Nähe, daher ist auch Wassersport sehr gut möglich. Der Titisee oder der Windgfällweiher sind in ca. 15 Autominuten zu erreichen, der Schluchsee in ca. 20 Minuten. Radfahren zum Beispiel rund um den Schluchsee oder Mountainbiketouren rund um den Feldberg bieten eine tolle Alternative zum Wandern.

Die nächste Bushaltestelle mit sehr guter Anbindung zum Bahnhof Bärental ist nur ca. 200m vom Haus entfernt.

The cosy holiday flat is equipped with:

- a bedroom with double bed 180x200 + folding mattress 75x195x15cm
- a bathroom with whirlpool bath, a bathroom with whirlpool bath, walk-in shower and WC
- a terrace with garden furniture
- a hotel safe in the cupboard

A private parking space in the underground car park (headroom 2.20m) is available, as well as a bicycle storage room and a ski cellar.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this holiday flat.

Please note that this flat is a non-smoking holiday flat!

Shopping facilities are very close by in the Bärental district (only approx. 8 minutes away by car).

The two mountain lakes Titisee and Schluchsee are very close by, so water sports are also possible nearby. The Titisee or the Windgfällweiher can be reached in approx. 15 minutes by car, the Schluchsee in approx. 20 minutes.
