Exceptionally located apartment, in the Plaza de la Merced, the best known in the center of Malaga. The 19th century building (with elevator) is the same one where Picasso was born, and where his house-museum is located. It has three large windows with beautiful views of the square and the Cathedral. It has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
It has all the comforts: WIFI, TV, air conditioning hot / cold, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen is very well equipped, has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to cook. Free Wi-Fi, elevator, and hot / cold air conditioning.

It is located in the historic building that the Picasso family occupied and where the universal artist was born, in the historic square where he began to take his first steps. It is one of the best-known squares in the city, where the Torrijos monument is located, with a multitude of terraces where you can have a coffee and enjoy the sun and the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the city. The beautiful views of the cathedral from the apartment's large windows stand out.

Having everything on the doorstep and easily accessible.
The autonomous entry was faultless.
The Plaza de Mercad at times is a gathering point between 3am and 5am, however the hosts are kind enough to provide ear plugs and being on the 3rd floor distances you from the noise.
Excellent emplacement,du point de vue culturel et gastronomique.
