Stay in this beautiful house, ideally situated in a pleasant and peaceful neighbourhood, yet close to the beach and the town centre of Meschers-sur-Gironde.
With a floor area of 94 m², this accommodation, which can sleep up to 7 guests, is laid out as follows: a large living area with a sitting area, a dining area, a conservatory, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a large garden where you can relax in the sunshine!
Bed linen and towels are included.

The single-storey house is laid out as follows:
Living area:
- A beautiful, light-filled living room with a sitting area featuring a double sofa bed, a coffee table and a TV, as well as a dining area with a table that seats up to 6 guests.
- A south-facing conservatory furnished with garden furniture and a large dining table.
- A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine…
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a pull-out bed to double the width of the lower bunk.
- A bathroom with a bath, a washbasin, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.
Outside:
- A large, south-facing garden of approximately 400 m², furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue so you can enjoy a lovely meal in the sun!
- A garage used as a utility room is at your disposal.
It is equipped with a food storage area, a fridge, and a washing machine and tumble dryer. - The house has a garden shed where you’ll find the barbecue and outdoor furniture.
You can also store bicycles there. Nearby: - Matata Caves, 2.1 km away (5 mins by car). - Plage des Nonnes, 2 km away (5 mins by car). - Meschers Harbour, 3.5 km away (7 mins by car). - Family Fun Park, 1.3 km away (16 minutes’ walk). - Royan, 13 km away (22 minutes’ drive). Activities: - The village of Meschers, with its market, church and small harbour, complete with restaurants and shops. - Relaxing on Les Nonnes beach and water sports. - The Matata and Regulus caves and the troglodyte dwellings. - Visits to Royan, Saintes, Cognac… - La Palmyre Zoo, Cordouan Lighthouse, the Gironde estuary… Transport: - Cara’bus network: ‘Birat’ or ‘Vallée’ stop – Lines 112, 113 or 9 towards Royan. - Royan railway station is 13 km away (16 minutes by car). - Rochefort Airport is 44 km away (46 minutes by car).
