To reach the premises you need to climb 3 flights of stairs.
The living and sleeping areas are furnished with extreme care, in a modern Sardinian style. In this apartment, every detail has been carefully planned.

The apartment has a breathtaking view of Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the pulsating center of Cagliari, and of the sea and the park behind the property.
From here you can admire splendid city views that will make you live a unique and authentic experience.
LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
The bright living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a large table in order to have delicious meals within the walls of the house.
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing some excellent dishes at home.
In addition to basic utensils such as dishes and cutlery, the kitchen features

- fridge / freezer
- coffee machine
THE BATHROOM
The bathroom has everything you need during your stay

The security deposit will be released automatically after 4 days from check-out unless proven bad waste management by the guest, or proven damage to the property.

action ASAP, but there is no one living 24/7.
