This vacation home, located in a charming farmhouse with a remarkable garden, comprises a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a living room, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed, with a private bathroom and toilet, accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed (180x200), with a private bathroom and toilet.
You will discover a vast, unfenced 3,000 m² wooded garden, with an orchard and vegetable garden offering the opportunity to picnic or relax.
Private parking is available on the property.
A railway line is located approximately 300 m away; there is no traffic at night. This farmhouse is attached to the owners' home. Discover the charming town of Pluneret, located on the banks of a ria in the Gulf of Morbihan.
Pluneret is surrounded by two rivers (the Auray and the Sal), ideal for fishing enthusiasts.
From Pluneret, various hiking trails are available to discover the town's architectural heritage, such as the Chapel of Ste Avoye, listed as a Historic Monument.
Not to be missed during your stay: The Basilica of Ste Anne d'Auray (a major Breton pilgrimage site), Le Bono with its suspension bridge and boat cemetery, Auray with its market and St Goustan port.
For your swimming days, the beaches of Carnac and Erdeven are 30 minutes away.
