The detached house XORIEKIN, in the Basque Country, looks out towards the surrounding mountains, with hiking trails starting right from the property. Its 86 m² accommodate up to 6 guests. A covered terrace with a summer kitchen and a garden invite you to spend time outdoors, with garden furniture and a barbecue available.
The spacious living area has a fireplace with an insert, a TV and a DVD player for evenings in. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and Senseo coffee machine. Fibre-optic Wi-Fi is available.
The 3 bedrooms have 2 beds measuring 140 cm wide and 2 beds measuring 90 x 200 cm, which can be joined to make a 180 x 200 cm bed. The bathroom has 2 showers and an 8 kg washing machine; there is also a WC. Bed linen is included and beds are made on arrival. Towels can be rented, and baby equipment is available.
Access is via an outdoor staircase from the private parking area. A garage is available. Electric heating and firewood cost extra. Water is included within reasonable consumption, as are 8 kWh of electricity per day, except for stays with a negotiated monthly rate. Cooking gas is included if the kitchen uses it. Guests visiting the Cambo-les-Bains spa receive a discount for stays of at least 3 weeks.
The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, 2 km from the village centre. A beach and a restaurant are each approximately 900 m away in a straight line, and a supermarket is about 1.3 km away.
