This Tyrolean guest house is centrally located, in a sunny and quiet location not far from the city centre. It extends over 3 floors and the furnishings with lots of wood create a homely, warm feeling. Get together in the spacious dining room or in the recreation room with TV, for a cosy evening. On the balcony or terrace, unwind with a good book and a glass of wine. Enjoy!
All shops and restaurants are within walking distance, so you can leave your car at home. In summer, discover the your fairytale region via the cycling and hiking routes that wind along green valleys and mountain peaks, while winter guarantees winter sports spectacle in the Zillertal Arena. The ski bus that stops right at the house takes you directly to the ski area
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.

Gezellig huis, iets gedateerd maar netjes en alles was aanwezig
Er was voor zo'n groot huis te weinig gelegenheid om jassen op te hangen, 3 kapstokhaken voor een groot gezelschap is wel erg karig

Wir verbrachten unser Urlaub mit Freunden und Ihren Kindern im Tiroler Gasthaus und haben tolle Zeit gehabt. Im Haus is alles total sauber und in Ordnung. Nur die Küche is ein bisschen zu klein für kochen für so viele Menschen, doch gut ausgestattet. Sicherlich zum Empfohlen!

Wij waren met 11 volwassenen en 5 kinderen in het tiroler gastehaus.
Ik vond de woning gedateerd, de eettafel was te klein voor ons allemaal.
Wat wel een voordeel is dat het huis vlakbij de bushalte iss en ook vlakbij de liften.
Er is weinig plek voor auto's en er is een buurvrouw die zich laat horen als je ook maar 1 cm om haar erf komt.
