Luxurious 4 person apartment in a lovely quiet location for an unforgettable vacation on the Costa del Sol

The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and a large south facing terrace with fantastic sea views. In front of the apartment is the infinity pool with also from there a beautiful view of the sea and surroundings. Next to the pool is a hardwood sun terrace and sunbathing area where you can sunbathe. The apartment is comfortably furnished in a modern style with a lounge sofa, an armchair, a dining area with 6 chairs and a large flat screen TV with English and international channels. There is FREE WIFI INTERNET available. The apartment has central air conditioning/heating in all rooms and a large south facing terrace with panoramic sea, coastal and mountain views. On the terrace are a luxury terrace table with 6 comfortable chairs and comfortable lounge furniture.
The apartment is located in the resort of Campos del Mar in a beautiful location with panoramic views of the sea and the coast. The resort of Campos del Mar is located in the somewhat higher part of Calahonda. This is also the reason for the fantastic views, far from the noise of bars and discos. The apartment is very conveniently located for golf, tennis and beach vacations.
The apartment is 1 km to 3 km away from several supermarkets, stores, restaurants and bars. The beach of Calahonda is 3.5 km.
There is a privé parking space available in the underground parking garage.
La Siesta Golf and tennis Club Del Sol are both within 2 km.

The apartment has a large covered south facing terrace with fantastic sea and coastal views. On the terrace you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner at the patio table with 6 chairs or relax on the lounge sofa with comfortable armchair.
Swimming pool
Communal swimming pool with sun terrace and outdoor shower.
During summer months the resort has sun beds to use by the pool. You can use the owner's foldable sunbeds ( 4 pieces), if the communal sunbeds cannot be used. Outside high season the pools may be closed.
Update Feb 2025: the swimming pools are in use again, although toilet, umbrellas and sunbeds will be in place from March 2025, if the weather is optimal.

You have your own private underground parking place with lift to the apartment.

You need a car, because the appartment is very high in the mountains of Calahonda.
This was our second stay in this apartment. Loved it! We like everything about this apartment, especially the huge balcony and the view is outstanding. We look forward to returning next winter. It feels like home.

Well equipped kitchen with various small appliances and utensils. Large, comfortable unit with a very large balcony - very enjoyable for those sunny afteroons in the winter. Well maintained building and surrounding area. Beautiful quite area in upper Calahonda. Can't wait to return next year!
