With modern finishes and spacious rooms, our flat is the perfect place for your stay. In addition, on the terrace you will find a 5x3 metre heated swimming pool to enjoy a refreshing swim in private with your family.



The flat is bright and sunny throughout the day, with air conditioning for your comfort. Decorated with a beachy and modern feel, it has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a secondary bedroom with 3 single beds, all with a great set of bedding and spacious wardrobes. The bathrooms are equipped with accessories and towels. In the living room, you will find everything you and your companions will need to relax, while the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. We also have a parking space and free high-speed wifi.



Our complex offers a gym to keep fit and a large swimming pool to relax in. We are close to the beaches and the charming fishing village of La Caleta with its popular restaurants. Only 5 minutes drive away, you will find the tourist area of El Duque and Fañabé, as well as an excellent golf course (Costa Adeje) and tennis courts within a 2 minute drive.

Our flat is not suitable for young people looking to party, but it is one of the best places to live in the south of the island. The area is purely residential, with modern infrastructure and natural beauty. Costa Adeje has 6 blue flag beaches, a wide variety of restaurants with Canarian and international cuisine, bodegas, and numerous entertainment options, including water sports, nightlife and cinemas. In addition, the famous T3 international training centre is just a five minute walk away, offering facilities for outdoor sports.
