Ground floor: air conditioned, long living room with open-plan kitchen (high level table & stools), dining & lounge areas (corner sofa, TV). 1st floor (steps): 2 air conditioned bedrooms (2 single beds, open-plan shower, washbasin) (queen-size bed, en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin, WC), alcove (double bed), WC, utility room.
For your exclusive use: parking, garage, terrace, swimming pool (2x5m, 1.6m deep)open April to mid October. Dolce Vita gîte, 30 min. from Nyons, Vaison-la-Romaine and Montbrun-les-Bains, in Les Baronnies Provençales Regional Nature park, close to Vaucluse department.
