Casa La Rueda with pool

In the centre of the village of Adeje, but at the same time in a very quiet area you will find this luxurious Canarian style villa. Numerous bars, restaurants and supermarkets are only a 5 minutes walk away, so you are not necessarily dependent on a rental car. The house offers everything you could wish for a relaxing holiday. A pool area with sun loungers and a board game invite you to relax and unwind. In addition, there is a barbecue area, a romantic seating area, a swing with a view of the Atlantic and several sitting areas. The house is very spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated and very comfortable. As soon as you enter, you notice the imposing wooden beamed ceiling. The living/dining room has a Smart TV, a wood-burning fireplace and even a small museum of Canarian earthenware pottery in a closed display case. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living room. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms, each with 1.80 m wide double beds and a huge bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. An elegant staircase leads to the upper floor with wooden floors, where you will find the huge master bedroom with a 1.80 m wide double bed, a reading corner, a small Canarian balcony with mountain views and another terrace with 2 sunbeds. The dressing room is attached and leads to the bathroom with whirlpool bath. In the immediate vicinity of the property you will find a variety of excursion options to suit all tastes. In only 10-15 minutes by car you can find dream beaches in Costa Adeje, the famous water park Siam Park, large shopping centres, etc. There are numerous routes for nature lovers and hikers, and you can even go directly from the house to the Barranco del Infierno. The villa is ideal for individual travellers or families who wish to relax from everyday life in the always sunny south of Tenerife.

It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as access for people outside the reserve. It is also requested to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise after 22.00 h.
