Come and enjoy the fresh air of the Massif de Sancy, and its sublime views of the Chaine des Puys, by staying in this flat that can comfortably accommodate 6 travellers. Located in La Bourboule, the flat consists of a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. You will also enjoy the enclosed and shared garden of 200 m². Private parking. Sheets and towels not provided. Cleaning to be done before departure.

Located on the ground floor of a house with two flats, the accommodation is as follows:
- Living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining area for 6 people.
- Kitchen open to the living room: fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed 140 cm x 190 cm.
- Room 2: a single bunk bed upstairs and a double bed downstairs.
- Bathroom with Italian shower, WC and washing machine.
Outside :
- Fenced and shared garden of 200 m². The garden is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, and can be shared with the tenants of the 1st floor.
Nearby:
- Two supermarkets: Auchan and Lidl at 100 metres.
- Ski rental shop.
- La Bourboule Aqualudic Centre at 10 minutes walk.
- Local shops: bakery, mini-market, shops, restaurants, bars, market...

La Bourboule is built along the banks of the Dordogne, at an altitude of 850m. A small town with Belle Époque charm, surrounded by greenery, it offers a few steps from a lively town centre, numerous hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tourist routes.
Transport :
- Possibility to park 2 vehicles on the parking lot.
- La Bourboule train station is 2 minutes away by car.
- Free shuttle buses pass in front of the accommodation to get to the slopes.
- Clermont-Ferrand Auvergne airport 1 hour away by car.

Het huis/appartement is rustig gelegen aan de rand van La Bourboule. Het inchecken verliep soepel en in huis was alles schoon en aanwezig voor een goed verblijf. Ook de ruime tuin is een pluspunt als het mooi weer is. Er zijn 2 supermarkten op loopafstand en het centrum van de stad bereik je te voet...

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à La Bourboule, le logement est très bien équipé et à proximité des commerces et une piscine.
L’extérieur clôturé permet aux enfants de profiter et y jouer.
Il est bien situé pour faire des randonnées et de belles découvertes.
Les échanges et la présence de Janette sont bienveillants.
