Comfortable, spacious apartment in the heart of the Bergisches Land region, offering accommodation for up to eight people across approximately 130 m² of living space located on the top floor, complete with a south-facing loggia.
Your temporary home features:
* A ground-floor hallway area with access to the upper floor.
* A large, bright living/dining room with access to the south-facing loggia and sleeping accommodations for up to three people on a sofa bed (133x198 cm) and a chaise longue (84x200 cm).
* A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, etc., and a washer-dryer.
* Two bedrooms with double beds (180x200 cm and 160x200 cm).
* One bedroom with a single bed (100x200 cm) and a sofa bed offering further sleeping space (120x191 cm).

You will find a stress-free space directly in front of your temporary home for unloading and parking your vehicle. Payment of 100% of the stay cost is due after booking.
The remaining balance for the security deposit and final cleaning is due no later than 28 days before arrival.
For short-notice bookings, the total amount including the security deposit and final cleaning fee is payable by the arrival day at the latest.
Cancellations up to 28 days before the arrival date are free of charge.
Cancellation fees of 50% of the total amount apply up to 14 days before the arrival date; later cancellations will incur 100% of the total amount.
A security deposit of €300 is required, or €600 during the period of December 28th to January 3rd. Please make all payments via bank transfer.
