Your future temporary home consists of:

a large, bright living/dining room with access to the south-facing loggia and the option of sleeping up to three people on a sofa bed (133x198 cm) and recamière (84x200 cm)
a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, etc. and washer/dryer

two bedrooms with double beds (180x200 cm and 160x200 cm)
one bedroom with single bed (100x200 cm) and sofa bed with additional sleeping possibility (120x191 cm)
one bathroom with two washbasins, bathtub, shower, WC
and a guest toilet in the spacious upper hallway area

Arrive and feel at home right from the start!

Whether on a business trip, trade fair visit, short or long-term stay - parking is no problem after your arrival. You will find a stress-free place to unload and park your vehicle directly in front of your temporary home.

Payment of 100% of the total amount of your stay is due after booking, the remaining amount for deposit and final cleaning is due at least 28 days before arrival, for short-term bookings the total amount including deposit and final cleaning fee is payable at the latest by the day of arrival. Cancellation up to 28 days before arrival date free of charge, cancellation fee up to 14 days before arrival date 50% of the total amount, for later cancellations 100% of the total amount. A deposit of 300.-€ or in the period 28.12. to 03.01. in the amount of 600.-€ will be charged. Please make all payments by bank transfer. Arrival from 16.30h to 19.30h. Departure until 10.00 am. The keys will be handed over personally on site or by coded key box. Pets are not allowed. On request, a first filling of the refrigerator is possible for a fee. There is an additional fee for the final cleaning in the amount of 100 € or for stays of 9 nights or more in the amount of 140 €.
