Luxury Villa Malika is a recently renovated luxury villa surrounded by terraces and gardens: an oasis of peace with a wonderful view of the sea. It enjoys refined and modern interiors that meet the typical Mediterranean style, maintaining the right balance in colours and furnishings. The whirlpool bath (heated) with a breathtaking view of Capri and Positano, gladdens its guests throughout the year, providing moments of relaxation, particularly at sunset. Wi-Fi - free of charge - is available throughout the villa. Concierge and butler service (only in summer) is available during the entire stay.

Children are admitted from 12 years of age.

- Garden area with heated Jacuzzi (open all year round), sea view - heating must be requested in advance. N.B. the pool needs about 24 hours to heat up.

- Relaxation area, sea view, with sun loungers and outdoor gym

- Sea view living room with direct access to the outdoor terrace, furnished with dining table for 6 people, SMART TV and stereo system

- Large kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, steam oven, 8-burner cooker, large refrigerator and ice machine

- 1 double bedroom (KING SIZE bed) with sea view, with en-suite bathroom with bathtub

- 1 service bathroom

LOWER FLOOR (accessible via approx. 10 steps from the main floor)
- Sea view garden furnished with garden furniture

- Cultivated vegetable garden

- 1 double bedroom (KING SIZE bed) with en-suite bathroom with shower overlooking the sea and access to the front garden

- 1 double bedroom (KING SIZE bed - it is possible to have two single beds) with en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the front garden


Luxury Villa Malika is located on the west side of Praiano, in a pedestrian street, not far from the village centre. The closest way to reach the villa is via a path of about 70 steps, alternating with a typical path. A porter service is offered on arrival and a hoist is available for guests with mobility difficulties. From the house it is possible to reach the centre of Praiano, descending about 150 steps, or to use the public transport service: the stop is about 200 metres away. Private parking is available on request, for a fee, and is about 400 metres from the house, or it is possible to park on the street (we cannot guarantee the availability of street parking).
