The "Villa Aurora" is located near Denia, close to the beautiful Segaría mountains.
The approximately 20km long sandy beaches of Denia and Oliva, three 18-hole golf courses (La Sella, Oliva Nova, and in Javea), the "La Marjal" nature and bird sanctuary, the picturesque almond and cherry tree valleys (e.g., "Vall de la Gallinera"), prehistoric caves, and opportunities for horse riding and tennis: all this and much more can be found in the immediate vicinity. The very well-maintained villa itself is situated in a quiet and sunny location within the upscale residential area of Monte Pego.
It offers the perfect environment for relaxation and unwinding. The holiday home currently offers accommodation for four people.
One of the two double bedrooms has a fully equipped en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower directly attached.
The second bathroom is a separate shower room. The open-plan kitchen provides the opportunity to prepare delicious meals together, without neglecting the social aspect of cooking.
If you prefer to grill or prepare a paella, there is an outdoor kitchen on the pool terrace that can also cater to your culinary needs during the day. Next to the cozy dining area, from which you have a great view of the surrounding mountains and nature, there is also an inviting fireplace room on the ground floor, which makes family gatherings particularly cozy in autumn or spring.
For cooler days, you can also make yourself comfortable in the house with heating (for an additional charge). In summer, the new air conditioning systems cool both bedrooms and the large living area to your desired temperature. The pool (8x4m) and the adjacent terrace (including an outdoor shower) offer privacy but provide a fantastic view of the beautifully landscaped garden and the mountain range opposite.
As the house is south-east facing, early risers have the opportunity to admire the sunrise in all its glory every day. Of course, a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, iron, and ironing board complete the extensive interior furnishings. A bar/restaurant can be found approximately 900m away, and the nearest shops are a short drive away. The house has heating, bookable for €8 per day. The rental price includes electricity consumption as per the rental agreement.
Any excess consumption will be charged separately. A security deposit will be charged before arrival and refunded within 14 days after departure, provided there are no damages. A cleaning fee is charged, which is not included in the rental price.
Cleaning costs for bed linen/towels will be listed separately upon booking. From July 1st to August 31st each year, arrival and departure can only take place on a Saturday. We kindly ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings made at least 7 days before arrival and where the minimum age is over 26 years.
