The "Villa Aurora" is located near Denia, in the beautiful Segaría mountains. The approx. 20 km long sandy beaches of Denia and Oliva, three 18-hole golf courses (La Sella, Oliva Nova and in Javea), the nature and bird sanctuary "La Marjal", the picturesque almond and cherry tree valleys (e.g. "Vall de la Gallinera"), prehistoric caves, horse riding and tennis facilities: all this and much more can be found in the immediate vicinity.


The very well-kept villa itself is situated in a quiet and sunny location in the upmarket Monte Pego residential complex. The perfect environment to relax and unwind.


The holiday home currently offers space for four people. One of the two double bedrooms has a fully equipped en-suite bathroom with bath and shower directly adjacent. The second bathroom is a separate shower room.


The open-plan kitchen offers the opportunity to prepare tasty meals together without neglecting the sociable aspect of cooking. If you prefer to barbecue or prepare a paella, there is also an outdoor kitchen on the pool terrace, which you can use to prepare culinary delights during the day.


In addition to the cosy dining area, from which you have a great view of the surrounding mountains and nature, there is also an inviting fireplace room on the ground floor, which makes family get-togethers particularly cosy in autumn or spring. For the cooler days, you can also make yourself cosy in the house with heating (for an extra charge).


In summer, the new air conditioning units cool both bedrooms and the large living area to the temperature you desire.


The pool (8x4m) and the adjoining terrace (including outdoor shower) are not visible, but offer a fantastic view of the beautifully landscaped garden and the mountain range opposite. As the house is south-east facing, early risers have the opportunity to admire the sunrise in all its splendour every day.


Of course, a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, iron and ironing board round off the extensive interior equipment.


A bar/restaurant is approx. 900m away and the nearest shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes by car.



The house has heating, bookable for 8,- €/day.

The rental price includes electricity consumption according to the rental contract. Additional consumption will be charged separately.

A deposit will be charged prior to arrival, which will be refunded within 14 days of departure, provided no damage has occurred.

A cleaning fee will be charged, which is not included in the rental price. The cleaning costs for bed linen/towels are listed separately when booking.

From 1 July to 31 August each year, arrival and departure can only take place on a Saturday.

We ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings that are made at least 7 days before arrival and where the minimum age is over 26 years.
