Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160X200) (3 single beds 90X200), a small landing.

On the garden level: a storage room (practical for strollers, bicycles, combi, ...).
On its 550 m² plot, this town house has a gravelled courtyard to the south and a lawned rear garden with its mimosa and an outdoor shower with hot water.

At 25 and 31 km respectively, don't forget to stop by to discover Paimpol and then embark for the Ile de Bréhat.

Maison très agréable, encore plus belle en vraie (le ravalement a été refait), chaleureuse et fonctionnelle. Le grand jardin et la terrasse sont un vrai plus, ainsi que la proximité avec la plage et le centre de St Quay. La gentillesse de la propriétaire vient couronner le tout. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci

La location est conforme au photos et au avis: bien située, très lumineuse, confortable (notamment avec une bonne literie), propre, bien équipée, au calme à 500 mètres du centre de Saint-Quay, dans un environnement pavillonnaire fleuri. Merci au propriétaires pour l'accueil et la disponibilité. Nous reviendrons!
