COSY FLAT NEAR THE CENTRE ! NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
4-room flat, ground floor, approx. 88 m². Hallway with wardrobe. Large living room with seating area, fireplace, cable TV, WLAN, dining area, south-facing balcony. Open kitchen with built-in cooker (4 ceramic hobs, oven), dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fondue rechaud. 2 double bedrooms. Small bedroom with bunk bed. The LE STEM residence is located just 200 m above the centre of Verbier, in a quiet side street and directly adjacent to the village's slopes and children's lifts. In good snow conditions, you can ski right up to the house from the village lift. Car park reserved for the flat approx. 30 m away. The ski bus stop, restaurants and shops are all approx. 200 m away.
The south-facing balcony offers great views of the Mont Blanc massif. The flat has laminate flooring, one of the bedrooms is carpeted. Cable TV, DVD, CD player, radio and WLAN (freely available in all rooms). Bright, friendly and holiday-friendly furnishings, functional equipment.
The 4 Vallées in winter: The huge ski area of the 4 Vallées stretches from the world-famous ski resort of Verbier in the west to Les Collons in the east. With over 100 lifts and more than 400 km of pistes, its size and diversity make it a true Eldorado for every skier. The ski area is accessible up to an altitude of 3,328 metres and offers slopes of varying difficulty to suit all skiers: from wide "motorway runs" to extremely steep mogul pistes (e.g. on Mont-Fort). The area is also very well-known and popular due to its many deep snow slopes and touring ski pistes, which are, however, reserved for "freaks". The entire ski area is now very well covered in artificial snow, which usually ensures a connection to the various valleys even in winters with little snow.
The 4 Vallées in summer: the area has now also developed into a real "hotspot" for active guests in summer. In addition to designated mountain bike trails, it has also become a meeting point for the paragliding scene.
The sophisticated and world-famous holiday resort of Verbier (1,500 m) is situated in a sunny and quiet hollow; it offers a wonderful panoramic view of the mountains as far as the Mont Blanc massif. The village offers an almost inexhaustible range of sports, leisure and entertainment activities in both winter and summer:
In winter, the strategically favourable location directly on the 3,328 m high Mont-Fort with breathtaking, sometimes very difficult descents. 20 km of cross-country ski trails in Verbier and the surrounding area, ski and cross-country ski schools, ski kindergarten, artificial ice rink, fitness centre with squash, sauna and more. Many winter and snowshoe hiking trails. For après-ski fans there are many huts, bars, cafés, dances and restaurants.
In summer it is very popular due to its very sunny location. An outdoor pool (open mid-June to the end of August), almost 30 km of marked hiking trails in the village, marked mountain bike routes (bike hire also available), outdoor tennis courts, paragliding. Small local golf course. The large Lake Geneva with its wide range of water sports, leisure parks and the world-famous Montreux is 65 km away.
A fondue rechaud is available in the kitchen.
A cot (CHF 50 per stay) and a high chair (CHF 30 per stay) are available on site for small children against payment on site !
